A new edition of ITOPF’s newsletter, Ocean Orbit, has just been published. In this issue, we look at three very different incidents that occupied the technical team during 2013 and highlight other areas where we have been working with our Members and Associates. We provide an update on our activities in China and India, announce the launch of our new series of films on oil spill response and feature the latest recipients of the ITOPF R&D Award. Other topics covered include cargo liquefaction and response in the Arctic, as well as staff news.
