Each student receives a Butler Service Yacht Manual with modules and activities that the trainer will use to help the participants learn how to apply the seven GOLD elements with guests each day. The manual will also guide them through daily tasks ,methodology, generic standards, behavioral exercises, dealing with difficult situations , surprising their guests and protocol /butler service sequences . This manual offers a unique sample of practical and theoretical aspects of the daily tasks that the VIP -Butler Service includes .
