Purpose of the Course:

The purpose of this course is to provide participants with comprehensive knowledge and practical understanding of bunkering and fuel transfer operations, with an emphasis on safety, pollution prevention, compliance with international regulations (MARPOL, SOLAS, IMO, ISO standards), and the assurance of quality and efficiency in operations. The course aims to minimize risks, prevent accidents and environmental pollution, and enhance the environmental and operational responsibility of deck officers and company personnel.
