From 12 – 15 February 2013, 47 PSCO’s attended a training program on the application of the MLC 2006 in port State control inspections.
The MLC will become a relevant instrument for the Paris MoU on 20 August 2013. Paris MoU members that already have ratified the MLC wil start applying the convention from that date.
